Es troba en un replà elevat, a tocar el cingle del vessant nordoest de la serra de la Torre del Sastre.<br /> <br /> És un sepulcre de corredor, amb cambra trapezoïdal curta i passadís estret. Està bastit en un suau pendent, de sudest a nordoest. Està orientat al sudoest. La cambra era trapezoïdal curta, formada per cinc lloses i coberta. Aquesta coberta és ovalada, de secció rectangular. No hi ha restes del corredor, que possiblemente era de lloses o de murs de pedra seca, tampoc gairebé del túmul, que devia ser circular. Les dimensions internes de la cambra eren 1,8 metres de longitud, 1,4 metres d'amplada i 1,57 metres d'alçada.<br /> <br /> Pere Bosch-Gimpera en parla per primera vegada el 1919, en motiu de l'excavació arqueològica que hi van fer ell mateix i Francesc Sabater de Roses, el seu descobridor, acompanyats per Emili Gandia. Hi van trobar un tros de ceràmica i fragments d'ossos.
